IAS couple, Tina Dabi and Pradeep Gawande welcomed their first child in a Jaipur hospital on Friday. They become parents of a boy, one year after their wedding. They met during the COVID-19 epidemic when they were fulfilling their responsibility of ensuring supplies. On April 22 last year, they got married.
Tina Dabi got AIR 1 in the UPSC exam in 2015. In July she wrote a heartfelt note while saying goodbye to the Jaisalmer district when she went on her maternity leave. She wrote in the caption that she was blessed to serve Jaisalmer district for one year as a District Collector and Magistrate. Formerly, she held the designation of district collector for Jaisalmer and she has petitioned the Rajasthan government to transfer her to a non-field position in the Jaipur city.
She married Dr Pradeep Gawande who is also an IAS Officer. After their union, Dr Pradeep was appointed managing director of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited and sent to Udaipur.
