In India, the situation is getting worse day by day due to the covid-19 crisis. Various celebrities and people from all over the world are helping India. Every day new corona positive cases are increasing. Hospitals are overflowing, and there is a lack of oxygen in hospitals in this tough situation.

Now, Priyanka Chopra is stepping out to help India as her husband, and she is donating to improve the health infrastructure in India through a non-profit organization that is working on ground-level.

Global icon Priyanka Chopra took to her social media account on Wednesday night to declare a fundraiser, which she has set up to provide help to India as the country is in a critical situation and facing the second wave of the covid-19 crisis.

Priyanka Chopra has shared a video on her Instagram account, and she said that why everyone needs to care? Why is it necessary right now? She said that she is in London and hearing news of India from her family and friends who live in India that India is facing a covid-19 crisis. Hospitals are overflowing with covid patients, and the supply of oxygen is less, and high death rate due to corona. She said India is her home, and India is bleeding.
She added that no one is safe unless everyone is safe. And, being a global community everyone needs to care. She requested everyone to use their resources and energy to stop this covid-19 pandemic. She said that a lot of people will be angry and thinking why are they at this point in life. She urged people to donate and use their resources as they can.

In her post, she said that India is her home, and India is suffering from the second wave of covid-19. She urged people to help India for covid-19 relief. She said that as people are dying due to covid and this disease is spreading everywhere and killing people at great speed.

She further added that she has set up a fundraiser with GiveIndia, which is the largest organization in India that provides relief from covid. She requested people to donate, and donations will go to healthcare physical infrastructure, vaccine support, medical equipment, and mobilization.

She said her husband and she are contributing as much as they can. Everyone knows how this virus is spreading all over the world. Various people are stepping out to help in so many ways. To beat this virus, everyone has to contribute. In the end, she said Thank You to everyone.

Priyanka is helping India to come out from this worse situation. Earlier this week, she requested covid-19 doses for India and tweeted about the US that ordering more vaccines than required. Therefore, as she said, everyone needs to come forward to help India to fight against covid-19.
