On 31st May 2023, businessman Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta welcome their second child. They were blessed with a baby girl, according to reports. A few days ago, the couple visited Siddhivinayak temple with their son Prithvi Ambani and father Mukesh Ambani. In December 2021, Akash and Shloka welcomed their first child. According to a popular paparazzi, Shloka and Akash have become parents again for the second time and are blessed with a baby girl. In April, Shloka announced her second pregnancy at the opening ceremony of NMACC, i.e. Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. She flaunted her baby bump in a halter neck crop top and stunningly embroidered white skirt.

The elder son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani married his childhood sweetheart, Shloka Mehta. Their childhood romance turned into a serious relationship. They tied the knot on 9 March 2019. They become parents for the first time on 10th December 2021 after the birth of their son, Prithvi.

Organ meat is enriched with a variety of nutrients. These include vitamin B12, iron, zinc, vitamin A, copper, and selenium. However, it is recommended to avoid eating too much animal-based vitamin A during pregnancy. Consumption of vitamin A in excess during the first trimester of pregnancy can lead to miscarriage and congenital malformations.

  • Caffeine

Pregnant women need to cut off the consumption of coffee. Caffeine can be absorbed easily and transmitted into the placenta. High consumption of caffeine can limit fetal growth.

  • Raw sprouts

Raw sprouts such as radish, alfalfa, mung bean sprouts, and clover may be polluted with Salmonella. The humid environment is suitable for seeds to start sprouting, which is appropriate for these types of bacteria and they are impossible to wash off.

  • Processed Fast Foods

During pregnancy, make sure to eat only healthy food. You need to have an increased amount of nutrients, such as choline, folate, iron, and, protein. Therefore, it is suggested not to eat fast foods as they are low in nutrients.
