She disclosed that after the birth of his son Reyansh Kohli, she weighted 73 Kg, and she needed to shed weight. And she answered that she was occupied with her newborn to truly commit to exercising routine. However, with the help of diet plan created by Patel helped her to reduce her weight. She also stated that now she is incorporating an exercise routine along with her diet.
Despite this, she also said that she is not writing this post for promotion, but she is just replying to those who want to know how she has lost 10 Kg weight with diet. Also, she followed the diet plan given by Kinita. In this diet plan, they also included her cheat days, but after that, she starts the workout.
Shweta also thanked her nutritionist Kinita by posting a note where she said that she is lucky that she found Kinita as her nutritionist. Kinita has helped Shweta to turn her cheat days into a diet plan. She also added that she never gets bored of her diet and always looks forward to her next meal.
Kinita added that they worked hard on Shweta’s diet plan, and it was a wholesome nutrition diet so Kinita can ensure that Shweta achieved her target. Kinita also used to customize her (Shweat’s) diet, so Shweta had enough energy to work throughout the day. She stated that they combined several foods to change her diet plan every few days. Kinita added slow absorbing carbohydrates with protein, minerals, and vitamins in her diet.
